While the average sales price eased slightly to $1.92 million, total sales volume remained essentially unchanged at $594.3 million, reflecting continued stability across the market. Summer brought the busiest stretch of the year, with July posting its strongest sales activity since 2021 and September reaching its highest level since 2022. Homes sold in an average of 65 days, highlighting a market where buyers remain engaged but continue to make thoughtful, selective decisions.
