Peter forged his connection to the area through decades of family tradition—starting with annual vacations in the 1970s and his first round of golf at Pebble Beach at age 14. He later fulfilled his dream of raising a family here, alongside his wife Cara, while strengthening lifelong ties to the community, from local doormen to long-standing restaurant owners.

Beyond real estate, Peter is committed to the community. He serves on the Board of Directors for The First Tee of Monterey County, where he has contributed for over 14 years. He Co-Chairs the organization's Invitational Golf Tournament and supports multiple initiatives including development, fundraising, and mentorship through the Pay It Forward Program. He also helped raise over $1.6 million as Co-Chair of the Hospice Foundation Golf Tournament.

As an avid golfer, Peter competes in prestigious local tournaments including the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am and The First Tee Open. He is an active member of both The Beach and Tennis Club and the Monterey Peninsula Country Club (MPCC), where he has co-chaired tournaments and has sat on various committees, golf, membership, and long-range planning.

Cara proudly celebrates nearly 30 years as a dedicated member of the Monterey Peninsula community. Originally from Portland, OR, she launched her professional journey at a multi-billion-dollar Fortune 500 company, where she mastered logistics and process improvement. She streamlined product flow from company-owned distribution centers and overseas factories to wholesale accounts, which generated a quarter of the company's total revenue. As a key player on the Y2K logistics team, Cara tackled cross-departmental challenges, voiced concerns clearly, and collaborated with teams to deliver effective solutions—skills she continues to apply today.

Together with her husband, Peter, Cara raised their children, Ellis (Ellie) and Peter (P3), in the heart of the Monterey Peninsula. The kids attended Santa Catalina K-8, with Ellie later enrolling in Santa Catalina's all-girls upper school and Peter graduating from Stevenson Upper School. Cara immersed herself in the school community, leading volunteer efforts that aligned with her values. She served as President of the Parent Association and chaired several annual fundraising events, each focused on supporting families with financial needs.

An active member of the Monterey Peninsula Country Club (MPCC) and The Beach and Tennis Club in Pebble Beach, Cara enjoys golf, tennis, and spirited games of cards with friends.

Cara's passion for community service extends to The First Tee of Monterey County, a nonprofit that empowers underserved youth. For over a decade, she has volunteered at various fundraising events and currently serves on the Board of The ZGals, a tournament initiative that raises funds for young women involved in the program.
